Are bills included?
To give our residents maximum control and choice, you are free to use the suppliers you prefer, therefore bills are not included in our rent. As a Simple Life resident you will be responsible for council tax, utility bills, TV license and contents insurance. As the landlord, we’ll take care of the building’s insurance.
