Pets
We know how important your furry family members are to you and have a pet allowance on each development to cater for them. View our pet policy and complete a pet application form online. If you want to adopt a pet during your tenancy, get in touch with us first to discuss further and complete the appropriate forms.

24/7 customer service lines to take any queries, issues or maintenance requests. A dedicated in-house team is available to help with those quick fixes, reducing your waiting time. We also have a suite of How to Videos to help residents sort out any issues around their homes straight away.

Clothes Banks
We are well aware of the impact human activity has on the environment and are always looking at our practices and processes to improve our green credentials and commit to a clear future. In 2019, we partnered with White Rose, who take unwanted clothes and resell or recycle them to reduce landfill. In 2022, we offset 24,070kg of Co2 emissions and generated £36,778 for charity.
Young People
