Simply Brilliant Cinema Experience
We're continually looking at opportunities where we can strike the balance between creating opportunities for residents to get to know their neighbours but to also reward our valued customers. Following feedback from previous customer surveys, residents said they'd be prepared to travel to Simple Life events, so for the first time ever we trialled a regional cinema event in Manchester. We teamed up with Everyman Cinema to deliver a fantastic cinema experience to our residents.
At Simple Life, we love nothing more than to bring our community together, so we were delighted to host a private screening of Dune: Part 2 for our residents on a recent Sunday.
With 114 places available we invited them to join us for an exclusive showing of the sequel to the sci fi. As the lights dimmed and the film began to roll, we were delighted to see so many full seats for the special screening, ready to embark on an epic journey through the sands of Arrakis. The event proved so popular that we sold out within 2 hours of launching tickets and had 80 people on the waitlist!
We wanted to make this event truly special for our residents, so we arranged complimentary food and drink for everyone in attendance. The Foyer buzzed with conversation and excitement as attendees enjoyed delicious snacks and refreshing drinks ahead of the main event.
For many of our residents, this was their first time experiencing the premium amenities of Everyman Cinema in Manchester. With its luxurious sofas, great food, and inviting atmosphere, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for our community event. We’re grateful to Everyman Cinema for their partnership and to our residents for their enthusiasm and support.
