We are pleased to announce that our plans for a second development in Sheffield have been officially approved!
The development is located within the Manor Top neighbourhood to the South East of the city centre and it covers an overall area of 28.6 acres. The site is known as Prince’s Gardens.
The new estate will be built by Keepmoat Regeneration and will offer 256 new homes, with 163 three and four bedroom homes for private rent brought to you by Simple Life.
Currently the area is mostly ‘brownfield land’ and in need of development. The approved plans will transform it in to a ‘new, high quality residential environment’, which is a view strongly favoured by the local schools in the area.
By using good urban design and including high quality architecture and landscape enhancements, and undertaking research into the areas where more housing is in demand by the local residents, we are increadible pleased to be bringing you more beautiful homes in another desirable location!
