Our now celebrated Peace of Mind competition, returned for its sixth consecutive year, breaks records with an astounding number of entries.
Over 300 residents nominated their loved ones for a chance to win a personalized prize valued at up to £500 alongside a Spa Breaks Voucher. Each year, it’s incredibly inspiring to see so many members of our community honoured and appreciated. Choosing the winners was challenging, but we are delighted to announce our 8 winners for 2024:

These newcomers are the nicest people and the most caring neighbours. New to the UK and present the best manners. They brought us gifts from their trip back home and came with some nice wish cards for each Holiday. Always smiley and very humble.
It is so hard to find a couple of good people like them these days. They so deserve a treat.

Anita always goes above and beyond for the community.
She has organised events for the community including hosting a street party for the Coronation, providing street decorations, games and food and drink for everyone to enjoy.
She is always giving up her spare time to help out at community events, Christmas Fates at the local care home, Easter egg hunts, pond fishing for the children, Halloween decorating her house for the children to see.
She is always at hand if anyone ever needs any help whether it being advice on the area, even advice on appliances within the house, needing some milk, or even a cup of tea, chat and a hug she will always help, and always has a happy smile on her face.
She is fantastic with the children in the community, and as a single parent with no family close Anita has made me feel so welcomed within the area and housing estate.
Anita encourages her children to help, her daughter walks dogs and also follows Anita with being kind and caring, friendly and warming, my children look up to her daughter G like she is a big sister.
The community would be lost without the Potter household.
