Festive Treats for Simple Life Residents
For the 2nd year, Simple Life residents were treated to a personal meet and greet with Father Christmas, as he joined elves and reindeer across 20 developments.
Through sunshine, rain, hail and freezing temperatures, we were delighted to have so many residents come out to join in the festive fun, and receive their special pre-Christmas treats.
Over the course of 5 weekends, Santa visited sites throughout Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, West Midlands, Shropshire and South Yorkshire, handing out over 2000 bags of chocolate coins.
It was a great opportunity to also see the fantastic Christmas decorations our residents have been duly putting up, creating winter wonderlands with fairylights, wreaths, ribbons and glitter galore.
This year we also ran a new competition, to award everyone at the best-dressed development £100 in the New Year! A huge congratulations to Silkin Green, who got well into the spirit of Christmas with their fantastically decorated homes.
Thank you to all our customers for another fantastic year. 2020 is set to be bigger and better yet with more developments, expanding into new regions, and plenty more opportunities to get involved.
