Gruesome Gatherings – Part 2

Wicked Wonder:

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 1 ounce genever
• 3/4 ounce crème de violet (violet liqueur)
• 3/4 ounce pineapple gum syrup (thickened pineapple-flavoured Simple Syrup)
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 spiral-cut lemon twist, for garnish

Method:

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and all ingredients (minus the garnish!)
2. Shake well
3. Strain into preferred glass
4. Add lemon twist garnish
5. Drink Up!

Blood Bellini:

Ingredients:

• 4 ounces chilled Prosecco
• 1/2 ounce Campari
• 1 ounce white peach puree
• 1/2 ounce grenadine

Method:

1. In a pint glass, gently stir all ingredients
2. Pour into a chilled flute glass
3. Enjoy!
