Meet Charlie…

Charlie became attracted to Walkden when a lot of his friends moved to the area and told him about this up and coming part of Manchester. “The centre is undergoing a lot of regeneration and there are plenty of new build homes being built in the area. We are so close to the train station meaning an easy commute for me and my spouse.”

It was the stylish apartments which drew the young couple in as the décor and colour scheme felt fresh, they knew they had found a home to suit their lifestyle. “Something else that attracted us to Simple life was how modern the apartments are, it’s above and beyond the rest of the properties we looked at; perfect for relaxing after work in front of the TV.”

He also shared with us how he was pleasantly surprised by the ‘vibrant community feel’ of his new neighbourhood. “It’s really fun to live in, there’s a good vibe about this apartment block in particular. We also have a Facebook group where everyone talks about the practical things, like bins and parking spaces which I find really helpful.”

With the stress and expense of planning a wedding, Charlie was over the moon to find a landlord that could keep his mind at ease, as his review shows. “Simple life are very caring landlords – you are a person to them, not just money in their books I didn’t want the stress of buying a house and Simple Life make renting easy, they’re accessible and easy to talk to and I like that maintenance isn’t my problem, and if I do have any issues they are on-hand to fix them straight away.”
