Styling the Salford Show Home: A Family-Friendly Space

The Salford project, a 3-bedroom home in our Albion Place development, was designed with families in mind. David Phillips used their ‘Dress to Sell’ service to style the home, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. By renting the entire scheme, we had the flexibility to keep the show home beautifully styled for as long as needed, ensuring it was always ready for potential residents.

David Phillips styled the home with a neutral colour palette, perfect for creating a calm and versatile backdrop. Accents of deep rust and green tones were used throughout the design to bring warmth and a touch of nature into the space. Lush greenery was thoughtfully placed in every room, enhancing the feeling of connection to the outdoors. The end result was a home that exuded warmth and comfort, making it easy for families to envision their future.

Upstairs, the design team created two beautiful double bedrooms, just as impressive as each other. The third bedroom was styled as a practical study, balancing functionality with style. With comfortable seating, practical shelving, and a versatile layout, it was designed to accommodate the needs of modern families, whether for work, relaxation, or extra living space.
