Construction has officially commenced for Rivers Edge, Warrington!

Working alongside our long-term housing development partners Countryside, we are excited to be delivering 150 homes, ranging from three to four bedroom homes and 2 bedroom apartments, exclusively to rent later on this year.

All organisations involved, including Warrington City Council, were joined on site on the 30th March 2022 to officially mark the start of a project that is set to transform this brownfield site and the wider area. Simple Life are continuously looking for areas that have an under-supply of high quality rental homes and to improve the wider community.
