Written permission is needed before you start any work. We’ll confirm whether it’s approved and whether we’d ask you to restore anything if you move on.

Pets are welcome at Simple Life – and there’s no additional cost to have one. Whether you’re bringing a dog, cat, or something smaller, you’ll need to complete a pet application before they move in.
