The Simple Life Express: Bringing Christmas Magic to Our Communities

This festive season, Santa and his elves made their grand return, this time on the Simple Life Express, marking the very first year our Christmas visits arrived in true train style. Bigger, brighter, and more magical than ever, the Simple Life Express has become a joyful new tradition that brought festive excitement right to our residents’ doorsteps.

From 16th November to 23rd December, Santa and his team travelled far and wide, visiting over 90 Simple Life sites. Families gathered outside their homes, children waved excitedly from windows, and residents stepped out to enjoy a moment of Christmas magic unlike anything we’ve done before.

The Simple Life Express is all about bringing the community together. Whether it’s the twinkling lights, Santa’s joyful greetings, or the excitement of spotting the train rolling down the street, the event has become a much-loved tradition for residents of all ages.

This year’s tour covered more homes than ever before, and we couldn’t be happier to have shared these moments with so many of you. Built especially for us to visit Simple Life families over Christmas, the train made every stop feel even more special.
