Simple Life is set to deliver first homes in the South West!

Construction work is now underway at the former Bower Farm site, located on the eastern edge of the historic town of Bridgwater, where Simple Life will be delivering 100 homes exclusively to rent.

As part of the scheme, Simple Life is marking it’s first partnership with Countryside in the South West to deliver homes in Bridgwater, Somerset. We are excited to be working with Countryside to bring properties in an area which is currently experiencing an undersupply of high-quality, professionally managed rental homes.

Strawberry Grange is well-connected, with transport links that provide easy access to the town centre and the M5 motorway. The launch of the development will also deliver, and fund, a new roundabout providing access to the site and a link to connect a future housing development planned in the Dunwear Lane area.
