New Rental Homes Help Regenerate Wolverhampton’s Cable Street

The new homes that sit on the old James Mills metal forming and rolling mill site, will provide much needed homes for people in the area, assisting with the UK’s ongoing housing crisis.

The site’s launch event was attended by representatives from Simple Life and Wolverhampton Council. Community members, councillors, local letting agents and representatives from housebuilder Countryside Properties were also in attendance, all of whom played a pivotal role in the planning and approvals process, and in bringing the site to market.

James Mill Way consists of 164 new two, three-and four-bedroom homes. It is conveniently located half a mile from the Wolverhampton city centre and 10 miles from Birmingham City Centre, making the homes perfect for young professionals and growing families who are looking to rent.
