Final Handover of Homes from Kellen Homes at Albion Place
Leading housebuilder Kellen Homes this week handed over the keys to the final phase of 168 new homes at Albion Place in Salford to Simple Life Homes – a major operator in the UK build-to-rent sector.
The final phase of the 96, one and two bedroomed apartments and 72, two and three bedroomed homes in Seaford Road, Salford, were officially signed over to Simple Life Homes, clearing the way for the final residents to move into their new homes
Built under build-to-rent (BTR) brand Simple Life, the homes benefit from the fully in-house, end-to-end delivery and management approach, offering much-needed, high-quality, pet-friendly rental housing for the people of Salford.
Team members from Kellen Homes and Simple Life Homes oversaw the keys to the final properties being presented in advance of the new residents moving in.
