Bracken Grange wins the Quality Recognition Award!
One of the first developments within the Teesside region, bought to you by Simple Life Homes, has been awarded the Quality Recognition Award by Premier Guarantee (Building Warranty Experts).
Simple Life, one of the leading providers for BTR homes within the UK, aims to provide attainable high-quality homes to families and working professionals. Since being built with our partners (completing late 2021), Vistry Partnerships North East, we are thrilled that Bracken Grange is now fully tenanted and has been recognised for the quality of the development and homes.
The QRA by Premier Guarantee focuses on bringing attention to various sites across the UK, the winning sites are selected based on the standard of site management, workmanship, health and safety, site tidiness and general cooperation.
