A Slice of Autumn!
Nothing held back our Simple Life customers from attending this year’s Pizza Events! Our biggest yet, we once again teamed up with the Wood Fired Pizza Company to serve up warming slices across 8 of our developments.
It seemed like autumn snuck up on us this year, and that first weekend in October was an absolute washout! Nevertheless, residents came out and braved the rain in order to get their made-to-order pizza.
Once again we were incredibly grateful for the cooperation of all the attendees when it came to queuing up safely and keeping a clear distance between households. It’s because of this that we’ve been able to run successful events throughout the year!
With toppings varying from cheesy garlic bread, to indulgent truffles, to meat feasts and spicy sausage, there was something for everyone, all washed down with a range of soft drinks or beers.
We were amazed by the turnout, despite the inclement weather, and it was fantastic to see neighbours catching up safely, including new residents enjoying their first taste of a Simple Life event. At some developments it was so popular the team were on the verge of running out of dough! But thankfully we were able to make sure that everyone was catered for and received their free meal to enjoy back in the warm and dry.
Fingers crossed for dryer conditions next year!
