255 new homes to be built in Houghton Regis

The site, named Milard Grange, will deliver a total of 255 new homes which will incorporate private rental, shared ownership, and open market sale properties. Simple Life homes, with over 3000 properties across the UK, will launch 129 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and six two-bedroom apartments on the development.

Alongside Simple Life’s 129 properties, the scheme comprises 49 private sale homes developed by UK’s leading mixed-tenure scheme, Countryside, and 77 Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association (BPHA) affordable rent and shared ownership homes. The development, as a whole, is part of Countryside’s newly launched region in the Chilterns.
