Baytree Lane wins at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2019!
Simple Life Homes had a brilliant outcome at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2019, scooping up the Large Housing Development of the Year award for the Baytree Lane development in Middleton.
Baytree Lane saw a huge demand for properties, with the majority of houses being let off-plan, showing how people were keen to secure their home in what proved to be an incredibly popular development.
As a landlord, Simple Life is looking to provide an experience which far outstrips the standard expectations in the rental housing sector, and Baytree Lane has been no exception. Customers have already taken part in Simple Life’s on-site community events including a Summer Ice Cream Dash and a visit from Santa, his elves and real life reindeers at Christmas.
Additionally, Simple Life have also been supporting the wider local community close to Baytree Lane, by donating £8k to the local Mills Hill Primary School. The school has used this money on a new ‘scrap yard shed’ and other playground equipment.
The site has also been subject to excellent feedback from tenants, with testimonials from Jeanie Logan, Heather Saunders and Louise Holleran.
